Founded by managing partners Jason Robbins and Greg Nelson, Millstream Partners is a Utah-based, privately held commercial real estate investment, management, and development firm that acquires and builds housing (affordable, multifamily, and single-family for-rent) and industrial properties. Millstream real estate focuses on opportunities with attractive risk-adjusted returns in rapidly growing markets and has sponsored approximately $1.5B in CRE investments since 2017. Representative projects include ground-up multi-family development, a multi-state affordable / workforce housing platform with +10,000 units, and industrial warehouses.
2025 CoStar Commercial Development of the Year
Millstream Partners was the developer on a 1.23M SF industrial building in Garland, UT that won Utah's 2025 CoStar Commercial Development of the Year Award. The tenant – Lakeshore Learning – is one of the largest providers of education products in North America.
